A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold any puppy. You will be advised of the cost of the dog before a deposit is taken. If for any reason I cannot meet the terms of our agreement, for example there are no puppies in the litter in your preferred sex, I am happy to refund your full deposit amount. The deposit is non-refundable for a change of mind or if your circumstances change. The remaining balance is to be finalised one week before delivery of the pup or at pickup.

Under normal circumstances puppies will not be allocated to their new homes before 6 weeks of age. I breed first and foremost for myself and reserve the right to withhold any pup/puppies from sale due to retaining them for my own kennel. Preferecne will then be given to show, sporting or breeding homes.  Choices are then able to be made in order of deposits received to be fair to all who have made deposits.

Pups can be flown interstate or oversees at buyers own costs. Arrangements will be made by the seller, and buyer must pay associated costs at minimum, one ( 1) week before departure to Petflyers, Jetpets or Dogtainers.

If this dog is determined to have a major health or physical defect, he / she may be returned to the seller for a full refund, at that time. The purchaser will be responsible for all transportation costs. This refund policy does not cover death or illness resulting from neglect or abuse. Puppies are sensitive and require careful handling and rearing. Do not allow your puppy to over exercise or to jump up or down heights. Environmental hip/elbow displaysia, epilepsy, diabetes, PRA, OCD and other conditions that can't be tested for are not covered as the environment and owners treatment of the puppy can make a huge difference to a puppies general health. Any puppy on Main Register cannot be guaranteed to be the best in its class/show winner, either in the show ring or in its chosen sport. I cannot guarantee that the puppy will be fit to breed as an adult, as it has left my care in adolescence. I do my best to only allow quality puppies onto the Main register but many factors influence a dog’s ability to excel; some of these are out of my control. Environment, diet, training etc. can make a huge difference to an individual animal’s ability to excel. Also keep in mind that certain things can change over time, ears can set differently at adulthood, height and weight may influence a dog’s ability to perform, these things cannot be foreseen by me when a puppy is leaving my care at 8 weeks of age. I will not be liable if your Main Registered dog does not win in the ring or in your choses sport/performance, hence I cannot refund the purchase price or swap for another dog if your chosen puppy does not excel. If you are not willing to accept this risk, allowing for an animal to be imperfect, please look elsewhere for your puppy.

If you do not agree with these terms please don't contact me for a puppy.
